This workshop is ideal for total beginners in Yoga and those who need a good refresher on Asanas (postures) and Pranayama (breathing technics). It will give you a taste of the basic principles of Yoga and prepare you to participate with comfort to any beginner class at the studios.
Get ready to learn, sweat, fall down, have a laugh and practice Yoga with a smile!
You will need a bottle of water for refill and your towel! We provide all Yoga props (mats, pillows, straps, bricks etc.), drinking water, mosquito repellent, a green view and plenty of fresh air!
· Introduction to the origins of Yoga, its meaning and principles.
· Common Breathing Technics (Ujjayi Pranayama, Sitali Pranayama, Nadi Sodhana)
· Yoga Poses (Asanas): Sun salutation A, Standing Poses, Forward Folds, Back Bends, Twists, Inversions and Final Relaxation.
